For the past few days I have thought about the article and the responces (Do I have too much time on my hands ??). IMHO there seems to be 1 point that is missing from all of the replies:SE should be applauded for printing what we have all suspected. The next time you read a bland review in another publication, refer back to SE's article for the reason why. For that we should congratulate him.
Of course this doesn't absolve him (or his peers) from our criticism, but we should at least be willing to give credit where it is due.
