Thanks for the additional info. It is possible that this is why Deltec no longer exists. That was also the philosophy of Bruce Candy of Halcro. The resultant "spectacular" sound gave him his 15 minutes of fame with the over-the-top magazine reviews ("Is this the best amp ever?"), but I don't know many people that kept their Halcro amps for very long.
