RE: And Also a Shame

What's frustrating about the retail industry is that they could probably make money by refurbishing appliances, electronics and other household goods by making things that last, replacing internal parts as needed and veneers/skins/facades as wanted. Might slow the wasteful business model of designed obsolescence. But then, people are becoming ever more fickle.
