Let me take a wild guess - Tony Faulkner.
And in a phrase that every Brit will understand perfectly, yet very few Americans will interpret correctly, you will likely say "You may very well say that, but I couldn't possibly comment".
The entire NDA thing was just one of many, many sleazy tricks MQA used. They would tell everyone "We have something so special, it will change the world of audio. However we can't tell you about it until you sign an NDA".
If you heard this from a used-car salesman or a stranger, you would laugh an walk away. But MQA traded on Bob Stuart's reputation to make this cheap trick actually work. And they still have $10 million in their war chest to hire attorneys to pursue you if you break the NDA. And as everyone knows - when it comes to legal matters, it doesn't matter who is right and who is wrong - just that whoever can afford better attorneys will win.
