If you were "highly unintelligent, extremely incompetent", then being "transparently insincere" wouldn't be such a big problem.
As is though, applying your intelligence and competence, there's no way you don't know for a fact that MQA clan lies to you and everybody else - but you continue to play part in deceiving others.
Good luck promoting lossy DSP with built-in DRM restrictions, you'll need a lot of it.
