The problem is

Your questions appear to be more like multiple choice questions, asking JA to choose between (a) I am a crook, (b) I pimp my agenda, (c) I am reckless and grossly negligent, or (d) All of the above. I think it's not entirely unreasonable for JA to feel less than obligated to take such a test.

Although it would be interesting if JA were to expand on his opinion about MQA, the basis for it. But framing questions in the way that you have isn't going to get there.
