There's much more to reviewing than critical listening skills.....Or at least there should be.
That's why "reviewers" are held is such low regard nowadays.
Even a modicum of technical knowledge would be beneficial. It allows to not veer off on ridiculous tangents and waste so much time.
Yes, I would say JA is one of the exceptions.
