I believe my follow-up review was in 2007 I recall returning the equipment maybe 3 months before the Valin/Nordust debacle hit the fan

I left TAS in 2011, or at least that's when Harley told me I would have to start finding my own review samples. I pitched one pair of speakers to him and was immediately told no, so I figured that's how you get dumped in the minor leagues.

And I agree the Stereophile site is far superior to The Absolute Sound. I believe the date on those archived reviews is the date they were posted to the websie, not the date they appeared in print.
