In addition to raising serious concerns about MQA, your posts make it abundantly clear that audiophiles are better served reading the comments of brilliant and principled designers than those of reviewers, who, let's face it, are nothing more than marginal journalists pursuing a hobby. And yes, reviewers acquire some knowledge over the years, but nothing on the level of yours or others of your standing. Moreover, much of their knowledge wasn't earned so much as (gifted) to them by having fruitful conversations with industry leaders such as yourself.
With that in mind, it's a pity more of your colleagues don't weigh in here with their own observations about the industry. For example, I'd enjoy reading Paul Barton's thoughts on speaker design/performance (and exploding prices). But before we embark on our honeymoon, a question: How much damage would your business incur were MQA to become a huge success?
