I am sure I am not the only one who would love to learn who the culprits were that caused JGH to comment, "He has been cheated, defrauded, and ripped off by some of the best-known names in audio". One is left to assume that after agreeing to pay JC a set amount for his consulting work, major companies didn't pasy him as agreed and that others simply stole his designs. With respect to the stealing of circuit designs, hasn't this always been pretty much the status quo both within and without the US or North American borders? I would also love to hear John Curl's comments as to this situation. Were their written contracts for the consulting work? Was JC simply of the mind that lawyers are a cure worse than the disease?
