Your responsibility to the company whose product is under review is to provide a fair assessment of the product. Your responsibility to the reader is to be frank and honest about the product. If you fail to mention a problem because you are worried about the repercussions to the company then you are a PR agent, not a reviewer. As a reviewer your responsibility is to the reader, not the company and if you don't see it that way then you are not doing your job.
