That was the norm with TAS under HP

Most interesting of all is when the reviewers who work for the same magazine and test under identical conditions disagree with each other and discuss it. When do you see that in your audio magazines?

The format was that one reviewer was given the task of writing the "full" review and others commented independently having been sent the very same DUT. Usually, the differences were not so much in the overall observations, but in the individual preferences of the various reviewers. From time to time, reviewers were asked to provide details of their systems, listening environments, and most importantly, their listening biases. This was the case for the first 25 years or so.

Unfortunately, the new guard no longer does that.
