I listened to the track on Qobuz. The sound is like some piano notes come predominately from one speaker and other notes from the other speaker. The effect is more pronounced on headphones -- the piano sounds as wide as the orchestra. I'm thinking that there were two close-up mics on the piano and they mixed them into the final master in an unnatural way.
