SQ is excellent for the respective periods (fine remasters)...

The DG set includes 1950's recordings both mono and stereo...50/50. The Decca/Philips Legacy is all 1960's in stereo. There is NO overlap of works between the sets -- they are fully complementary. The Philips Legacy includes the ENTIRE LSO Tchaikovsky Cycle, including Manfred. They are "remasters" but I do not know the details. Original Jackets/Covers for all.
