There isn't much to listen to, so this is easy. First, minimalism shouldn't be an excuse to just build repetition into a piece, but that "popular" Canto Ostinato is a whole lot of the same thing. It may actually out-Bolero Bolero!:-)
The one recording that seems a little more interesting is that of the Natalon & Bagatellen performed by Ivo Janssen, who is a first-rate pianist (and whose Complete Bach Solo Piano Works I listen to often). He breathes life into these pieces, which are not minimalistic at all.
Note that the composer, himself, has made recordings of several of his works. They are made less than attractive by the recording quality, which sound like they are being played on a saloon piano in a boxy acoustic.
