I've been participating here as "SE" since something like 1998, but it's been on and off. I vaguely remember that upon one of my returns -- years ago -- there were comments to me that I simply couldn't reconcile. Offhand, it just looks like someone used the moniker (not maliciously, the posts seem earnest) for a fleeting window back around c.2000.But, I mean, to Chris's point, perhaps I was body-snatched in the twilight zone back in the day and don't have total recall. Nothing would surprise me.
