What I have typed below contains no useful information whatsoever, so be warned...
I've provided a link where this is actually discussed. Google the listed recording "Nishimura DVDA-005" and you will get Japanese porn...kind of odd, but I suppose it is possible that some folks like filming porn while audiophile Mendelssohn symphonies play in the background.
Tatsuo Nishimura himself is gone from the world (the train left the station in 2016). His website and label are buried with him, tucked into the silk liner of his coffin, as are all copies of the mythical DVD-A under discussion.
Marcus Bosch is still alive -- he may have residual copies!:-)
Anthaltische Philharmonie, Dessau is still alive, and they are NOT the same as Sinfonieorchester Aachen (which is a very old orchestra, historically).
So...either the Nishimura recording is a unicorn (i.e., never existed) or these are different recordings.
