If you open VLC and on the Playlist screen you've dragged the folder of 18 files onto it, are you saying that it will stop playing at the end of each track? That would be very odd. The very purpose of a playlist is to sequentially play each item on the list.
Does the playlist work for other FLAC files, just not the ones in this set?
