Yes, the US version is different. I checked Qobuz, Spotify, Tidal, and Apple Music here. All of them are the same with the Dindo album having only 3 tracks enabled: #1 I.Prelude, #3 IV.Sarabande, #4 III.Courante. The other tracks are grayed out/disabled.

I see this occasionally (not often), where a track may be disabled or only have a 30 second preview. It is the artist or record label's choice (they want you to buy the complete album). The license agreement can be different for each country.
