Fascinating, I wasn't aware about this development.
I don't believe I've heard that make of piano used on any other recording, and this aspect certainly provides some additional interest.
Search for recordings by Jura Margulis, the pianist who collaborated with Steingraeber on the Sordino pedal (albums are available on Spotify, Qobuz, etc). He performs on Steingraeber, including a duo with Argerich.
