I've been collecting the Ravel / Minnesota / recordings with Skrowaczewski and happened upon his Beethoven symphony recordings with Saarbrucken Radio Symphony Orchestra and they ARE amazing! Extremely clear recordings and lovely performances. They are certainly a rival to my Blomstedt set and I may have to pickup the complete set!.....
