John, as you are keen to explore new works to you may I suggest that you subscribe to Qobuz now that it is available in Australia? It is simply the best streaming service for classical music with a vast catalogue and with many titles available in hi-res.
BTW, the technology used by Qobuz allows even hi-res material to be successfully streamed on comparatively low bandwidth connections.
You will then be able to explore tens of thousands of unheard classical albums to your heart's content.
I don't know the subscription prices in Aus but I would expect around AUD 23 or less per month.
