... I have been playing a recording of his Guitar Concerto quite a bit. A lovely work. If interested you will find it on the Julian Bream album "20th Century Guitar". Some gorgeous twilight Takemitsu on it as well.I have also to remark on his sizeable film music output e.g The Bridge on the River Kwai etc. etc. Don't confuse with David Arnold's James Bond scores (no doubt fine in their own right).
