This was the first Naxos CD I ever bought, back when it was packaged in a slimline CD case, long before they became the classical powerhouse they are now. I had the Dorati before that, but prefer the Bogar in every way. I have also owned the Fischer, but didn't care for what seemed to me to be excessive rubato, so I let that go in preference to the Bogar which strikes me as a bit steadier yet still spirited performance. Yes, the Naxos is an excellent recording even by today's standards.
