Home Classical Court

From Perotin to Prokofiev (and beyond), performed by Caruso to Khatia, it's all here.

Thanks Rob!

A lot of answers!

I'm going to order that cd :) Thanks for the info. Interseting background on Gergiev and the bit about the bowing of the strings.

The Dots are basically a psychedelic/experimental band. They moved to Holland in about 1981 and have been there since. They have put out numerous releases - I have about 30 cds from them. Many are issues of older versions of songs and some are simply some unreleased material. What attrated me to them was their use of some classical instruments along with the keyboards and guitars and bass. There's nothing like them. Discovered them the same night I learned about Dead Can Dance - another very different kind of music for me. If you ever happen across some Dots vinyl, say a particular 12" called "Under Glass",...... Oh well, one can dream!!!!!

Thanks again.
