But I can only go by what is said. How would you interpret the statement "Claudio Arrau..... One of very few pianists who seem to really get the final movement....."
My reading of that is Arrau really gets it, Todd really gets it.How else would he recognize it? however, All other pianists "but a few" don't really get it.
Is that worrying over the choice of words are simply taking the choice of words at face value?
