Alternative to Marinco IEC

I am making my own powercords and am currently using the Marinco 15A IEC, but at 16.80 each they are a bit expensive. Is there a quality less costly alternative to these that don't require soldering? Also I would appreciate a source where they can be purchased. I was using the Marinco Hospital grade 3 prong 15A plug but found a source for the less expensive Marinco 3 prong 15A plug. It looks identical to the Hospital grade with the exception of the green dot. I also believe there will be no difference in sound quality. Thanks for any help!
