Oh. What is advantage of a 3db filter over a 6db filter at 27 mhz on the AC input supply of audio gear? Isn't the rolloff determined by the impedence of the line and the input of the power supply in this case? It seems the filter would be a guess. What frequency does a PC's manufacture shoot for with this capacitance?How does the 27 mhz signal get past the transformer, power supply caps, coupling caps, inductors and diodes?
