I just replaced the Absolute Power Cords on my Cary CD303 player and Grounded Grid pre/amp with the Omega Mikro Red wave treated cords once again. Yes the Omega Mikro Cords are a significant improvement on these components in my system, more revealing, more dynamic, more detailed, an improvement in every way. Considering that they cost 12 times the price of the Absolute Cord, they shoud be better! But they are not 12 times better, I would say they are a 100-150% improvement in my system. This goes to show how much the law of diminishing returns applies to our hobby. I will continue to use the Absolute cords on my amps, RGPC and Lehmann Black Cube. My advice to anyone looking to replace the stock cords on their equipment to try these, you will not be sorry. For those of you that have already spent big bucks on other cords, I suggest you not audition them. You just may prefer them over your mega buck cords.
