RE: Seeking information about dedicated power line

I have a followup question and am trying to understand what the dedicated line does or does not do.

Right now I don't have a dedicated line for the stereo but still there are many circuit breakers at the main panel and as far as I can tell no major appliance is on the same line as my stereo (maybe only ceiling lights and such). The appliances are on a separate circuit breaker.

However, if the microwave is turned on I hear a pop sound in the stereo. How is this interference happening given the microwave line is on a separate line going through a separate circuit breaker?

Thanks for any insights into how this works. (I have a computer science PhD and picked up enough STEM knowledge along the way to it, so hopefully can understand your explanation.)
