Tired of wrestling with power cables

I moved some equipment around today and had to wrestle a few Pangea AC9s going into the power amps and one montrously large, like three AC9s put together large, power cable going from the wall to a Running Springs Maxim.

I prevailed, but only barely. For the future, I am considering getting away from these huge pythons.

I'm thinking there has to be good power cables that are flexible, sound good, and most importanly, doesn't cost more than $250 for a used meter length.

Any suggestions?
