Biwire cables into single connector speakers

Question: I have a speaker that takes both bananas and spades; I have a speaker cable that's biwired with bananas. I can put some banana to spade adapters on one each of + and - and plug the cables into the speakers, right?

One + with banana and one spade into the speaker's positive plug and the same with the negative?

Will this affect the sound at all?

Please advise.
