...i wonder how many stealth 'indra' cables you have tried ..or argento flow cables....or nordost valhalla or odin cables you have tried in your system...are they better then 'monster' cables or diy cables. in mid to high priced systems...the answer is almost 100% of the time ..yea they are...would you drive a kia if you could easily afford a porsche or similar car..?..my guess is not.people usually have as cars..jewelry..homes...and yes, audio cables in their audio systems...whatever their budget allows. if your system is a $1000 system and that is what your budget allows then you're not going to buy an 'indra' cable....it probably would not make much of a difference...but if your system is much more refined or as some put it, 'resolving'..then most of the highest priced cables are significantly better the any monster or diy cable.expensive cables are not 'jewelry..no one buys them to look at or to show off...a timex does keep time as good as a rolex or a tag..agreed...but if $ was not an issue your system would look different and you would try '$3800' cables because most of them sound much better then any monster cable....IT'S ALL RELATIVE'..
