RE: Double-Run Termination

I have to agree with 'Duster'. I ran double 8 foot lengths simply because I had them available. Both 10 gauge silver-plated copper with spaded ends, one on top of the other. I have 8 watt SETs so it wasn't for high current capacity; it was for energy transfer that 'saw' no loading before the x-over. I did experience a small but significant improvement.
As for long runs of speaker cables. Avoid at all cost. Long interconnects; same deal.
Ideally, your amps outputs should be completely unfettered like they ( the amplifiers) were inside the speaker cabinet, hard-wired.
