At the suggestion of a dealer I trust, about a year and a half ago I bought a Shunyata Diamondback for my Plinius 9200. As an engineer I just could not believe the change it made! However, my ears clearly heard it. It wasn't subtle. I've since replaced all the cords in my audio system with Diamondbacks or Copperheads.I put one of the Diamondbacks on the DVD player in my separate home theater system and yep, it was an easily noticed improvement in both video and audio quality. I've since purchased a Diamondback for the DVD player.
I have an audiophile friend who cannot hear the difference between powercords, and he has great equipment. However, he says his wife can clearly hear the difference.
