Here's a photo of a Schurter 4735.0000 cable-mount IEC inlet. While a higher end chassis mount IEC inlet with audiophile quality hookup wire is better, the use of an inline IEC jack to connect an aftermarket power cord serves very well for the purpose. I snipped the Furman's captive AC cord off 4 inches from the chassis (one inch more than I usually provide for shelf -placed audio component's captive power cords).
