The Eichmann (copper) sounds a touch better than the Cardas SLVR without the decorative barrel using 22ga six nines silver in a twisted pair design, but have not tried the silver Eichmann's. Silver tends to focus a ton better than copper and imagine the same is true of the silver Eichmann's, but not been there as the Cardas SLVRs are easily modified for lower capacitance and are just over $4 each and also are very sturdy, something that is more important to me than sound.......
