Alan forwarded the Belden emails to me and i contacted the person in their customer service dept that Alan was dealing with ( Marc ). Marc verified the information that i presented to him in total. He also acknowledged a few mistakes that they have posted on their website pertaining to the 9913 that i pointed out to him.

This does not negate Alan's work or designs in any way. It simply reinforces the statements about safety when working with the original 9913. For those that are interested in using Belden 9913 as either speaker or power cables, i would suggest either the 9913F ( which has now been discontinued ) or it's current replacement, 9913F7. This should result in cables that are safer, more reliable and much more flexible. Sean
