After testing around 30 different cable brands (from Europe, Japan and USA), ready made or cableware, I eventually found out that best results, regardless of music type, were ontained with VH Audio's Unicristal wire and VH Audio Pulsar II cable. The Unicristal wire turned out to be a spectacular speaker wire (2 x AWG 18 plus 1 x AWG 24, all twisted together) per signal. Wire is hooked bare to both amplifier and speaker. Unicristal wire also used inside Thiel speakers with AWG 18 to the bass and AWG 24 to the mid/treble unit.
All criterias such as dynamics, stage, detail are simply better and equal famous US named brands up to 1500 USD and more. I tested and compared up to this level only, considering higher prices as a joke!
Same goes for the Pulsar II which is used for ALL digital and analog sources with KLE RCAs. Here too, the 1500 USD limit is easily reached at a fraction of that cost.
What more can one expect? Service from Chris at VH Audio? Outstanding!!
