I did not like them from the start, compared to my extremely flat KEF 104/2's (response and impedance). I tried several things, including biwiring, but the treble was always recessed. They imaged well, but cymbols and percussion was always recessed. They were used speakers that I purchased over the web, but they both sounded alike, so I don't believe they were damaged. They also really boomed when put in tight quarters, such as a shelving unit. Had to stuff foam in the back ports. Finally sold them.
