Whatever cord you decide on, remember to allow a longer breakin period when placed on source equipment. My BMI WHALE cord took about four months to open up and become magical when used on my vk50se preamp. Prior to the four months I didn't notice anything so I forgot about it. Them WHAM! It happened. So don't be dissapointed if you are not floored with astonishment even after a few days. It will happen. If not try another cord.
