In what way were the Absolutes superior to TG Audio? I have experience with TG and as I stated in another post, I purchased and used two Absolutes. In no way, atleast to these ears, did the Absolutes approach the level of performance of the TGs. I simply thought the Absolutes were not worth anything close to $50 for what they did, which was not much more than a stock cord IMO.

I do believe Porsche_Man is contending that powercords exactly like the Absolutes are available at much, much lower prices elsewhere. If that is the case, then perhaps with the Absolutes what we have is very creative marketing and extraordinary profit margins. The cords that are sold for the 10 times you speak of are often hand made using expensive parts. I think we can exclude the Absolutes from that category.
