I reckon, it's a pretty resolving one.Since I knew both Valhalla and G5 cables in my system,
I was just curious how HMS' tonal balance was. Nothing more.
Nothing less.If I have to pick between the two, I prefer G5 over Valhalla in my systems.
So, I can sort of guess Mike's sonic preference as well as his system needs.The cables with a leaner tonal balance usualy don't work in my systems since
I use lean sounding standmounts.To me, the perfect cables are the ones that works synergisticaly within
a system no matter what they are or how much they cost. Let 'em be DIY
or 30K+ cables.BTW, I don't drive. I decided to go with cable route and I am happy as your father.
