The broken record one

I've always used copper, never heard a difference, probably never will. Still feel copper is good, still use the heaviest guage.

My saying I've heard no difference doesn't mean there isn't. Just means I haven't looked for it. But I'm not closed minded enough to believe the effects don't exist.

My audio experience requires power, reliability, decent bandwidth, lots of spl, no soundstage, no presence.
My work experience requires EM field theory and application far beyond normal apps., and well out of most people's realm.

I approach this "cable hype" stuff with far more skepticism than you could imagine. I'd be all over posters who misstate EM theory.

I'd re-evaluate your "copper is all you need" stance. it's reminiscent of the old "if man could fly", or "electrons, protons, neutrons" are the smallest particles.

Cheers, John
