RCA jacks for connections in speakers was common for Realistic, and some other makers during the '70s

The biggest downside to employing them is the limit on the wire gauge that you can employ - as well as the quality of the female jack in the rear of the speaker.

I would NOT modify your amp to have the RCA jacks 'built-in' make a short set of wire to RCA, or the Eico 5 pin to two RCA female jacks
