I take an opposite view. That is, that my Wilson's are more like an electron microscope for cables (rather than the Valhallas being so revealing as to expose weaknesses in the speaker). These speakers will reveal every twitch, shudder or chirp of any cable in the chain. But my point really has more to do with the stunning quality of sound coming through the Siltech G 5's. I don't know how this cable is able to maintain such incredible detail and dynamics, yet at the same time have the most sweet and extended treble I have ever heard. I have tried every whichway combination of Valhalla and Siltech. If you can only afford (or even demo) one pair of Siltechs, put them closest to the source, then swap with the Valhallas back and fourth. You will never listen to Valhallas in the same way again.
