Best not to use angle brackets - they define HTML tags

Tekunda,

I look at the source of your message and the quote is there. The reason it is not rendered on the Web page is that you have used left angle brackets " < " to quote the inclusion. The problem is that the HTML engine sees these and thinks that what follows is an HTML tag, and tries to interpret it. It does not match any HTML tag it knows, so it's just not rendered.

It will work if you put a space after the angle bracket before the next letter.

So I can make your quote work as you intended using these and a few break tags ( < BR > )

Like this on:

< Jtinn is a dealer for both Tenor and Piega. Thanks for disclosing
< that in your post.
< Jtinn also consistently places such "stealth ads" in the audiogon

< Anything for a sale, huh jtinn? Not pimping the Lamms anymore?

I am sure you know the saying: When sitting in a glass house, do not throw stones.

The "Preview" mode enables you to test all this stuff. I guess you didn't use preview or you would have seen the problem. Actually I recommend Preview for other reasons. It gives you a chance to reread your message and decide if you really want to post what you are saying on an open forum. Sometimes I roll back.
