[ From what I have seen, Ulas has posted in reasonable fashion, posting reasonable things.... ]I can not publically relate what was threatened in a private e-mail, but the public record speaks for itself. You have even participated in some of the threads (in which capacity, you were stirring the pot, looking for more strife), so I don't feel compelled to provide a blow by blow for you.
[ Is it normal, after a review of an item, for the item's designer to lambast the credibility of the reviewer? ]
Ulas's is not a "normal" review, it certainly seems to have elements of personal animosity involved. But then, you wouldn't know anything about that would you?
I feel that folks should know that there is at least a possibility that Ulas's rview was motiviated by something other than the goodness of his heart to try and save folks from that awful CC89259.
Just as there is a good possibility that your post here and now was motiviated by something other than the concerns you seem to be voicing.
Tell me with a straight face that you are not looking for yet more pot stirring.[ ... from what I see, any negative comments on your designs will generate a flood of criticism and questioning of character from you.. ]
Nope, that is not the case, but I am not surprised that you would see it that way, not surprised at all.
[ I though this was an "open for discussion" forum.. ]
Actually, it is not, there are rules, such as the no-DBT posts rule.
[ ..with the personal stuff kept elsewhere... ]
I wish it were so, but I think that you should practice what you preach, rather than do as you say.
[ Please keep your personal comments out of this forum. ]
I have asked the same of you, Ulas, and several others, to no avail. You continue to post a one-sided version of how things are.
The repetition works, even if it is not true. That is the sad part, enough folks get confused, and start believing the propoganda.
