My Foreplay build plan...can I do everythign I want?

Here are my plans for a Foreplay build, any problems with what I'm planning?
Dual Pre-outputs + a tape monitor output to feed the SEX amp. The plan is to run the main amp & a sub amp with the dual outputs and have a tape monitor output to send a signal to the SEX amp, without the Foreplay needing to be on (basically stealing the signal off the selector output). Will I need to have any kind of buffers added for either output? If so, how do I implement buffers?
A single remote control to replace the dual manual pots. Where can I locate a reasonably priced remote?
Inputs & outputs on a rear removable panel. Doc, can I get extra wire from you for this? Thanks, Todd R
