my Bottlehead order experience

well, I wish I could say I wasn't extremely frustrated...but I am....
placed my order in mid Oct for the Paramour II and the Magnequest upgrade....now I realized up front that there could a wait as this is very clear on the website....however when you put down over $1100 and basically get no updates on your order and having to chase down updates, my frustration level was pretty high....I finally received the basic Paramour II prior to Christmas holiday after 10 weeks of waiting....it appears the Magnequest upgrade is ready to ship so I hope to receive that in a week or so....Mike from Magnequest was kind enough to call me to provide a bit of understanding of the business end both he and Bottlehead are in....that was very helpful....and Eileen has been nothing short of kind and gracious with me....at times I may not have deserved it....
my objective here is not to discourage anyone from ordering....only to create an awareness that I did not have, prevent your frustration and let you know that your order will get there, you just have to hang on and be extremely patient....as I am, still anxiously waiting for my Magnequest upgrade....and to finish my build to hear the Bottlehead sound....thanks-AL
